Applecare Plus Agreement

In Canada, the service fee for each ADH claim covered in Section 3.2 (i) forty-nine Canadian dollars (CDN 49) plus the tax applicable to AppleCare for iPad, (ii) thirty-nine Canadian dollars (39) dollars plus the Tax applicable to AppleCare for iPhone for a pure injury right, (iii) one hundred and twenty-nine Canadian dollars (CDN 129) plus The AppleCare tax for all other ADH (iv) Twenty-nine (29 CDN) Canadian dollars plus the applicable tax for AppleCare for iPod and (v) Eighty-nine Canadian dollars (CDN 89) plus the applicable tax for AppleCare for Apple Watch. The cancellation fee described in Section 9 is twenty-five (25) Canadian dollars or 10 per cent (10%). Please note that if you use a service in a country other than your country of purchase under this plan, the service fee must be paid in that country`s currency and at that country`s current price – more information, including fees by country, is available on the AppleCare support site at apple.com/legal/sales-support/applecare/applecareplus/. The plan. This service contract governs hardware service and technical support, apple provided you as part of the above plans (known as the “plan”) for an iPhone, iPad, iPod, Apple Watch or Apple Watch Sport and the accessories in the original package for an iPhone, iPad, iPod, Apple Watch or accessories in the original package (“Covered Device”), on your account (“plan confirmation”). Please note that AppleCare`s apple Watch and AppleCare benefits for Apple Watch Sport are not available for the Apple Watch Edition. Apple will also provide hardware and technical support for an AirPort Express Or AirPort Extreme Base Station and an AirPort Time Capsule (“iPad Connectivity Device”) product when the iPad connectivity device is used with a covered iPad under The AppleCare for iPad and purchased no more than two years before the iPad is covered. (For the purposes of this service agreement, the covered device and, if applicable, the iPad connectivity device are collectively referred to as the “cover device”).

2. When coverage begins and ends. Coverage starts when you buy the plan. Coverage ends on the date indicated in your plan confirmation (“Plan Duration”). Your plan confirmation is made available to you at the time or at the time of purchase, or will be automatically sent to you afterwards. The terms of this plan, the initial proof of sale of your plan and the confirmation of the plan are in part part your service contract. To get a copy of your plan confirmation, follow the instructions and enter the serial number of your insured device under www.apple.com/support/applecare/view. You will find the price of the plan on the original sales document. The coverage under this plan complements the coverage provided by the current mandatory laws, the manufacturer`s physical warranty and free technical support.
